How I work
Work gets built on modular, repeatable systems, so it advances without a single point of dependency.
That means clear priorities up front and delivery coordinated against real deadlines. It's the same approach whether the work is a publishing schedule, a production floor or a marketing programme: small-team leadership, honest sequencing and standards that hold when the rush jobs land.
Those systems are AI-assisted where it helps — and everything's reviewed by a person before it goes out.
Accuracy matters most where errors are expensive. The two lines below are from the record, stated exactly as they happened.
Worked at production scale: one error on the jumbo printer meant hundreds of dollars per box, multiplied across every skid and order
Worked at national scale: ads ran in papers across Canada, where a single error could cost hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars
